Endowment
You can partner in peace by helping ACCESS-York build its Endowment Fund!
A growing endowment will provide perpetual - and much-needed support for:
- Shelter and advocacy for those already touched by domestic violence
- Community awareness and education in hopes of preventing domestic violence
- Preservation and maintenance of the facilities which support our programs
When Can I Make a Gift?
Lifetime Gifts A lifetime gift provides you with the satisfaction of seeing your generosity at work during your lifetime.
Future Gifts You can provide for a future gift - in your will or with a planned gift (such as a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust) to provide you or others with life income. Friends who provide for a future gift prior to December 31, 2005 are invited to become Charter Members of the ACCESS-York Legacy Society.
What Assets Can I Give?
Your gift may take a variety of forms. Among these are cash or appreciated securities, retirement fund assets, life insurance policies, real estate, business interests and other appreciated assets.
In addition to providing continuing support for ACCESS-York, your gift may have significant tax benefits. We encourage you to consult with your financial advisors to determine how tax considerations apply to you.
